This gorgeous Kewpie standing on a heart-shaped base is an antique replica, custom made in Australia in solid sterling silver or 9ct Rose or Yellow Gold. Kewpies and Cupies have been adored since Giddy Aunt's Great-Grandmama was a baby. The iconic little baby doll with the big eyes was inspired by Cupid and created by Rosie O'Neill in 1909. Over the years these little cuties have been reproduced in drawings, dolls, jewellery, figurines and all sorts of keepsakes. Custom made kewpies are heavy little pendants of solid gold or sterling silver and a keepsake to pass on to the next generation.
