Oh My Giddy Aunt is an Australian owned and operated business, online since 2003 thanks to the support of many happy, repeat customers and their family and friends.
Oh My Giddy Aunt is committed to customer satisfaction and the quality of our products and the standard of our personalised customer service is testament to this commitment and your satisfaction. Your order is very important to us and we are proud of the work that goes into our keepsakes. While slight irregularities are part of the charm of inpidually custom-made objects, your purchase is guaranteed against faults, excluding wear and tear.
While it is impossible to guarantee against jewellery scratching, wearing or breaking with normal wear and tear, we guarantee that our products will be delivered in new condition without damage or fault in craftsmanship. Worn and cared for appropriately sterling silver and solid gold keepsakes will last for generations. As many giddy goodies in the Oh My Giddy Aunt range are hand or custom made there may be slight variations from the item pictured.
We will work with you to resolve any errors or defects and ensure that you are a happy customer too. We reserve the right to replace or repair your item or issue a refund depending on the situation but cannot be held responsible for the following;
- defects that relate to accidental damage, neglect or misuse,
- defects resulting from normal wear and tear or lack of proper care and cleaning.
- damage caused by perfume, hairspray, chlorine, salt water or other agents.
- where a product has been repaired or modified by someone other than ourselves.
Please inspect all goods upon delivery for possible damage during transit and notify us within 7 days. If you have any questions, or if any item does not meet with your approval, please contact Oh My Giddy Aunt upon receipt. Of course if we have made an error the item will be replaced at no charge to you. Oh My Giddy Aunt must give a returns authorisation before any returns are made. We will not be responsible for damaged or lost shipments sent to us. Please note that postage charges are non refundable.
Terms of Return
Custom-made and personalised goods cannot be resold to anyone else and we generally do not accept returns on these items. Once an order is placed it may not be cancelled as production begins with your request and payment.
If you are buying for someone else and would like the option to exchange on a ready-made item, please contact Oh My Giddy Aunt before purchasing and we will be happy to organise this option for you.
