Different products take different amounts of time to despatch (make, personalise or pack) and the despatch time is provided in each product's Shipping Tab. After parcels are despatched, the postage or delivery time will depend on the express or standard option selected at checkout.
Delivery is guaranteed with Australia Post's Eparcel registered, signed courier service. You'll receive tracking emails from Australia Post and if no one is at the address when Australia Post attempts to deliver, the parcel will wait for your collection at the nearest Post Office. If you are confident that your parcel can be left safely without a signature please request that option at checkout but delivery of parcels without a signature can't be guaranteed.
At checkout you will be given two postage options - Standard or Express.
- EPARCEL STANDARD is $7.00
- EPARCEL EXPRESS is $9.50
Standard Post can take up to 10 business days before Australia Post considers it to be outside standard delivery guidelines. If it absolutely, positively has to be there by a certain date PLEASE choose the Express Post option. If your delivery address is in the Express Post Overnight area codes it will be delivered the next day or two after your parcel has been despatched.
When you checkout you will also be given the opportunity to join our Email Newsletter List. If you sign up for our Monthly Newsletter you will receive a 30% discount on postage rates within Australia.
USA and NZ jewellery orders will be sent airmail with insurance for A$23.50. Most orders to the US take 7-12 working days. NZ Post is usually 5-10 working days. Some gifts and decor can also be sent overseas but please contact us for a postage quote BEFORE you order as the $23.50 postage charge applies to jewellery only. (The Newsletter Member's 30% postage discount does not apply to international customers.)
By special arrangement we can also send to countries outside the USA or NZ. Please contact us by email if you need further details. Sadly we are not sending to the UK at the moment due to changes in import processes.
Australia's Goods & Services Tax is removed from orders being sent overseas, however depending on the country you are in, international deliveries may be subject to import charges or customs restrictions and these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
