"My story- my family and I travel the world and at each country I purchase a gold charm. I have a bracelet that they are all collected on. However after travelling to Japan I returned without a charm. I wanted. 9ct paper crane. Couldn't believe it I looked all over the country and couldn't find one. Then I discovered giddy aunt. They custom made my charm and it was perfect. Worth every cent and yes I had to wait however I was not disappointed at all. I will be a returning customer forever. I've put all my friends and family onto this company as well and the ones who've ordered are really happy. We live near Sydney, and are not short of jewellery shops and gold smiths but this company is different. You are not a dollar sign , I felt like a friend , very personal and professional service. Thank you so so much."

"I received this as a 25th birthday present from my mother. Origami cranes have held a special place in my heart since I was a teenager, so it was a very meaningful gift. Nearly two years later and this is still one of my favourite pieces of jewellery, and receives numerous compliments."

"We were stoked with the charm and the bookmark. It was to go with a photo album that I scrap booked for my son of his first 21 years. Just the other day I received a photo of it in a message (he is at Uni in Sydney - we live in Canberra). The caption was "Still the cutest thing ever..." Fair to say it was a success! with thanks - Jane"

"I am delighted with your business & services. I’ve ordered from you on two occasions now‚ & both times I have received not only the delivery in a very reasonable time‚ in fact within a time frame that has impressed me‚ but the products have been to the standard I had hoped. I just want to extend congratulations for carrying your business with such pride & value‚ & putting your customers in such high regard. Such a standard of service‚ though expected by everyone nowadays‚ is hard to actually find. Your communication is prompt & concise‚ & put my mind at ease‚ which is much appreciated."

"When my son Nicholas was diagnosed with terminal cancer at age 9‚ an exchange student from Japan who had stayed with us sent us 1000 paper cranes in various sizes‚ strung on fine cotton‚ in beautiful colours‚ all made by his friends at school. recently I met another bereaved mother wearing a silver origami crane that belonged to her daughter‚ and decided I too had to have one. I bought two‚ one engraved with his name for me‚ and one for his sister. Thank you‚ for me being able to now carry that memory in a most beautiful piece of jewellery. "
