Quaich - WEDDING - British Pewter

share

The Quaich originated in the Scottish Highlands and was used for a cup of welcome or as a farewell drink. The word Quaich is derived from the Gaelic word for a shallow cup - cuach. The distinctive design is a traditional shape of a shallow drinking bowl with 2 handles or 'lugs'!  The Wedding Quaich is beautifully crafted and is hallmarked Piper Pewter Scotland.  Highly polished and featuring the words "Congratulations On Your Wedding" on the sides and Celtic knots on the handles.  There is room on the base to have further names, dates or a meaningful message hand-engraved.

Beautifully gift boxed, in stock and ready to send.  Please order hand-engraving separately if required.
